Fagen, Inc. offers competitive wages that are based on merit and coincide with your skills and experience.

The following Fagen, Inc. employees have two options for compensation when they are first hired: Craft Journeyman, Field Foremen, General Foremen, and hourly Field Management Staff.

Compensation



Option A

  • Hourly Wage
  • Time and one half after 40 hours

Hourly helper/laborer level employees will be compensated with an hourly wage, eligibility for the 401(k) program and per diem. Employees who are eligible for per diem must be working at a site that has per diem as a compensation option and must meet the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) criteria, which includes working a specified distance away from their home.

Holiday Enhancement Days
Several paid days per payroll calendar year to be used in conjunction with a company-recognized holiday.

Travel Pay
Several paid Travel Days per calendar year.

*Fagen, Inc. offers per diem at most, but not all, job sites. Employees can only receive per diem if they are eligible. The required criteria that employees must meet before they can receive per diem is outlined in our policy and procedure manual.
